Bungalow
This Bungalow is located in Stoupa,
Messinia a locate well suited for family vacations. The village is built
around 3 bays, it offers all the water recreations, yet, in a small distance,
(6-12km), and there are mountain villages in the stunning Taigetos Range.
The "Bungalow" is built from natural stones, tiles, and wood in the Mani-Style. This one story house is fully furnished including washing machine, stereo, and TV with satellite antenna. It has two bedrooms and a spacious living room with a fireplace, one bathroom and one wc/shower, a kitchen, and a patio, and garden. This house is located in the village of Stoupa and is only 100 meters from the beach. This house is also excellent for winter vacations. Sleeps 4-5
Sophia
Large house, located 100 meters
from the main beach of Stoupa, it is built on a slight slope. It has 3
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large living room, a modern kitchen (fully
equipped), and two covered verandas (all on one floor).
There is a beautiful view of the sea from one of the verandas that can be accessed from the two bedrooms and the living room. The house is beautifully furnished with custom made and antique furniture. It has all the amenities: stereo system, satelite TV, books, etc. Sleeps 6
Leftkron House
The Leftkron house in located in
prefecture of Messinia near the town of Kalamata in the village of Lefktron.
Untouched by mass tourism, Mani is an area of extraordinary beauty, with
spectacular mountain scenery combined with charming villages and unspoiled
beaches with clear blue waters.
The Lefktron House is a spacious 2-story stone house, tastefully furnished and with all the amenities. It has two bedrooms both with two single beds and there is a day bed in the loft, one bath and one external wc/shower. It is situated on its own landscaped grounds, overlooking the olive groves and the sea, and is only 900m from the fine sandy beaches of Stoupa. With very mild winters, the area is suitable for year round vacations The property sleeps a total of 5 persons.
Margit's House
The house sits at the top of a
hill facing the sea, a panoramic view of the village of Kiparissia in
Messinia. The villa consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 living
rooms, a huge terrace on the 1st floor facing the sunset and the sea.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms/WC, a beautiful
huge exotic garden with beautiful plants and trees and two very big terraces
on the ground floor both with direct access to the swimming pool. It is
fully air-conditioned. There is flat final cleaning charge in addition
to the daily rate of the house. Sleeps 4
Ancient Epidavros
Both
the Gialasi Stone Houses and the ThD2002 houses are located within a 5
minute walk from each other but are different in architecture. They are
located 400m from the sea and 2 kms from the center of Ancient Epidavaros.
These houses situated on a hill and have views to the Saronic Gulf. From
this location not only do you have easy access to the sites in the Peloponnese
but you visit the islands of Poros, Hydra, etc. and within a reasonable
drive to Athens.
Gialasi Stone Houses
Located
in the coastal area of Gialasi in Ancient Epidavros. The
are stone built semi-detached houses constructed in the Byzantine method
of stone masonry.
The three houses are entered through a common passage, each with independent doors into the house. All houses are located on one level with seaviews to the Saronic Gulf. There are two houses that can sleep 6 persons in two double bedrooms with seaviews, and one studio that sleeps 4 with seaviews. They have AC.
ThD2002
The
ThD2002 houses have one apartment with two bedrooms and an open plan sitting
room that can also sleep two additional persons, big veranda with views
to the sea. There two smaller one bedroom with double bed and additional
people sleeping in the sitting room. These are fully AC.
Mandarin House
This private villa is located in
the coastal village of Iria (Paralia Irion), about 17 km. from the town
of Nafplion in the Peloponnese. The villa is situated in its own mandarin
grove and about 250 metres from a crystal clear sea on a pebbly beach.
Completed in March 1994 the house has its own swimming pool (6 metres
by 4 metres) and sun bathing area. There is good accommodation for up
to 6 people in three bedroom areas. Air-conditioning is provided in the
master bedroom.
On the ground floor there is the sitting area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, and the master bedroom with AC. On the upper floor Bedroom 2 This bedroom is entered through the third bedroom that has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has a balcony overlooking the lounge area has a double bed and cupboards.
