This house
is located in Lafkos, in southern Pileon. Within a radius of 12 kilometres
there are some of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. This village is
a little off the regular tourist path so there is lots peace and quiet.
The house is a 10 minute walk from the village of Lafkos. It is relatively cool in the summer. The house has one double bedroom, a sitting area with two bed settees, a WC/shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.
In the winter, there are two fireplaces, plenty of wood logs and the central heating system. The sea is a brisk 40 minute walk down winding stone paths with a spectacular view. Sleeps 2-4
Eleni's
House
Rustic but cozy, this converted 1910 farmhouse sits
among the olive groves of Mt. Pelio, offering a stunning view of the Pagassitikos
Bay. The house lies along an unpaved road 1.4 kilometers from the beach
village of Kala Nera, an ideal location for those who want privacy but
also want convenient access to other places.
Eleni's House is a two-story, 90-square meter stone house with a fully equipped kitchen and large sitting room on the ground floor that features a fold-out sofa that can sleep two; on the first level there is a small master bedroom with a double bed, a larger bedroom/office with a single bed, and a bathroom that has a large claw-foot bathtub. All rooms upstairs have beautiful views of either the bay or the foothills of Pelio. More guests can be accommodated by three portable sleeping cots (single). Please note that Eleni's House is not recommended for families with small children

Elena Villas
This
stone houses are located in Sithonia, the second peninsula of Chalkidiki,
just a couple of kilometers northern from the village Marmaras and about
the same distance from the village Nikiti. Over the Akti Elia, the Maria
Elena Villas enjoy a magnificent view of the sea and the famous sunset
of the peninsula of Chalkidiki. Flight to Thessaloniki, contacts will
be made for the car hiring. The airport is 90km from the villas.
Maria Elena villas consist of 10 totally stone built and marble tiled luxurious villas, 8 including private pools, and 6 stone built suites with indoor private spas, two minutes walk from the sea. Villas I, III, VI, VIII, X are in a modern and decorated in contemporary style, while villas II, IV, V, VII, IX are in a traditional style. All villas are fully equipped and elegantly decorated, AC and TV-sets.
Each villa consists of 2 levels. In the upper level lies a fully equipped kitchenette, a comfortable living room with a cozy stone built fireplace and WC. The other level accommodates 2 bedrooms-one master double bed and one with 2 single beds and an impressive marble tiled bathroom.

marble tiled bathroom, kitchenette fully equipped, living room with en
suite pool-jacuzzi 10 square meters where the water flows from an inner
waterfall, small veranda 16-30 square meters with wonderful view, air-conditioned.
