Fiscardo
House
Fiskardo is a
colourful little port on the north east tip of Cephalonia, 50 kilometres
from Argostoli.
This very charming pink village house was designed to take full advantage
of the spectacular views from the terraced hillside above the sea. It
has a private garden and has it's own swimming rock platform only three
minutes walk away.
The property is ideally suited for either two couples or a small family. There are two floors, each with a separate entrance and two sunbathing terraces: one off the top level suite and the other on the lower level, also with a covered dining area.
The
top level Suite has one double and one twin bedroom, a shower room, kitchenette,
seating area and private terrace.
The lower level Suite has an open plan sitting/dining room (2 built-in
sofa beds) and kitchen opening onto covered terrace for dining outdoors
to one side and uncovered terrace for sunbathing to the other side. It
has one double and one twin bedroom with shower room en suite.
Katouna
This
fully restored 150 year old stone walled house is located in the traditional
village of Katouna, famous for its wonderful olive oil, mountain honey
and superb wine. It overlook the entire bay of Lefkada and you will enjoy
the cooler air of the mountain in the summer, having a refreshment drink
by the private pool.
This 150 old stone house was completely renovated in 2002 to provide you with all the modern comfort in a unique and secluded atmosphere. This 3 edroom, 2 bath will accommodate up to 7 persons with a swimming pool and a gazebo overlooking a nearly 360 panorama over the island. A Fully equipped kitchen, an exterior barbecue and the fireplaces will provide you all you need for cooking thoses fresh seafood you can bring from the market. Virginia
This two-story villa with a panoramic
view to the Ionian Sea is situation on a hill in Akrotiri, 1.5 km from
the main town. The house is placed on a big plot of land with colorful
plants and trees. There is a patio with BBQ, traditional oven as well
as sun beds and sun umbrellas.
On the ground level the living/dining room with fireplace, sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC/ shower and a sheltered verandah with magnificent views to the sea.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom with double bed and the other with two twins and a WC/shower. The house can accommodate 4 adults.
The Xerokastalo House is a newly constructed house designed by its architect owner. The house is set on a hillside 2-acre plot of land. All rooms have spectacular sunrise views over Vassilikos bay and to Peloponnese beyond. The house is 1 km from Vassilikos Bay and 1km from Dafni beach. Taken as a whole, the house can accommodate from 12-17 persons but it has been designed to also function as three completely independent, fully furnished and serviced units: the Main House, the Studio and the Apartment.
The MAIN HOUSE is entered through a covered patio next to the garage. It is very large lofty, open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The area is split into two sitting areas, in one area there are 2 single sofa beds with fireplace, a big dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC/shower, in the other area there is another sofa. French doors lead to the pool terrace with 10-seat pool side marble dining table and other outdoor furniture. Three steps up at the left of the living room is the master bedroom suite with two-head sunken shower in the bathroom. The stairs in the sitting area lead to interior perimeter balcony where there are two double loft bedrooms either side of open central space, all with views to the sea. There is an outdoor shower by the kitchen terrace next to the laundry room with washing machines and ironing facility. The Main house can sleep 6 + 2 on the sofa-bed.
The STUDIO is adjacent and a few steps up from the Main House an independent. It has two 2 single beds made into a double bed, a WC/shower, a small, fully fitted and equipped kitchen, 2 gas rings (no oven), fridge and sink. There is another double bed in the open loft above the kitchen/bathroom. The side doors open onto large private terrace with outdoor table and chairs. The studio can sleep 2 persons + 1 in the loft.
The APARTMENT is located on the lower terrace under the Studio. It has two bedrooms, both double or twin beds depending on the sleeping arrangements. It has a sitting area with two divans/dining table for four persons, fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven and WC/shower. The Apartment opens out onto a big outdoor area with beautiful sea views. The apartment can sleep 4 persons + 2 in sitting area.
Mimosa
Mimosa, a family
house of character, has the feel of a large Swiss chalet. Rooms have a
terra-cotta floor tiles and is furnished comfortably and tastefully with
antique pine furniture and brass ornaments. The house is set in a private,
secluded hillside position with outstanding views over Vasilikos Valley
and across the open sea to the Peloponnese. Mimosa's
location is peaceful and secluded and easy access to beaches, shops and
tavern's. Mimosa is spacious and comfortable and will appeal to those
wanting seclusion and spectacular views.
Two
double bedrooms, one with antique brass bed; one twin - bedroom with staircase
to a gallery with another two beds; large open - plan sitting room and
kitchen; bathroom with bath and shower; verandah and sun lounges. The
sleeps total 6 persons.
The main house and studio are located in the area of Dafni in Vassilikos. It is a traditional Zakynthos house located on a land of 4000 sq. m. The nearest beach and markets are located 1.5 km from the house. Can be rented separately.
You enter the Main house into a large sitting room with a sofa bed with open plan kitchen and fireplace.
The main house has big veranda with spectacular views to the sea and there is built-in BBQ. There is an interior stair leading to the ground level where there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bath. There is a loft over the bathroom that can sleep 2 children. Sleeps 4-6 persons.
STUDIO
A short distance from the main house there is a studio. It is one room
with a sofa bed for two persons, a small open plan kitchen and a small
WC/shower. There are interior stairs that lead to a small loft area with
one bed for a child. Sleeps 2- 3 persons.
