Spiti
Anatolia is built directly on the sandy beach of Karfas on the island
of Chios.
The house is divided into 3 independent apartments. :1. A 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor (4/6 pers.): 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a sitting-room with 2 sofas which can sleep additional two people open plan kitchenette, a wc/bath and a big terrace overlooking the sea.
2. A 3-room apartment onf the 1st floor (4/7 pers.): 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa, a open plan kitchen/ sitting room with 2 sofas, which can sleep additional two people, a wc/bath and one wc/shower. There is big shaded terrace overlooking the sea.
3. A 2-room apartment on the ground floor (3/5 pers.): 1 bedroom with a double bed and a wc/shower, kitchenette, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa with wc/shower). There is a terrace that is right on the beach.

Eleonas
The
house is situated 300 meters from the sandy beach of Karfas. Nested on
a hill planted with olive and wild pistachio trees. It offers a wonderfull
and panoramic view towards the sea and the Turkish coast 8km only away.
Sleeps 6 + 4
The
Spiti Eleonas has two floors:
On
the 1st floor there is a bedroom with double bed, a open plan kitchenette/sitting
room with 2 single sofas and wc/shower. Sleeps 2 + 2.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a larger kitchen and wc/shower accessed outside with a terrace under a pergola overlooking the sea. Sleeps 4 + 2.

Limnia
Spiti
Limnia" is situated 250 meters from the beach of Limnos, in an orange
grove of 2000 m2. The house is located 2km from the nearest village of
Volissos. The house can sleep 10 to 16 persons.
Spiti Limnia is an old restored house, simply furnished but with taste, suitable for 2 families. It is shadowed by olive and fig- trees and surrounded by balconies and terraces.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms (each one has 1 single bed and a double bed), a kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, sitting and living room, big terrace. Sleeps 4 + 2
On the ground-floor there is 1 bedroom with a double and a single bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and 3 beds for children on a low "loft", a sitting room with 2 sofas), 2 bathrooms with wc/showers. Sleeps 5 + 3
Gerani
Gerani is the upper
floor of a two-story house located just 50m from the beach of Scala Eressos.
It is a traditional three bedroom house with a kitchen, a living room
and two bathrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and the other two have
wide twin beds placed together. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave,
coffeemaker, and other appliances.
The house is within walking distance from the village square, where guests will find a market, tavernas, a cinema, and other amenities.
Located about 100m from the beach of resort town of Skala Eressos is Lilies house. Lilies House is the ground floor house with the Gerani House. You enter the house into a small entry with the circular stair that goes to the bedroom with double bed. To the left of the entrance is a sitting room that can sleep 2 more people, and on the right of the entrance is another bedroom with a traditional iron frame bed, the kitchen, and located a few steps down is WC/shower. There is also the sitting area outside that is sheltered with table and chairs. There is also access from the kitchen directly onto the terrace.
Sappho
House
Just 50m from the beach of SKala Eressos.
The house is within walking distance from the village square, where guests
will find a market, taverns, a cinema, and other amenities.
It is a traditional tree-bedroom house with a kitchen/ living room and a bathroom with shower. One bedroom has two twin beds, the second one double bed and the other one twin bed.
In the entrance of the house there is a private yard.
A baby cot is available on request.
Androniki lies exactly 1km from the centre of Skala Eressos and is set in it's own private land of approx. one square acre. It is a beautifully renovated house built in the traditional villa style from local stone and natural wood. The house is quiet and benefits from the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The house can sleep from two/four persons in comfort. Couples with children will find the property an ideal family retreat. A private paved driveway leads to the expansive garden and exceptionally large terrace with traditional stone seating that is shaded by vines. The entrance door to the house leads into the very large kitchen, which is fully fitted with natural wood units and offers modern cooking facilities, and a large dining table. The fully tiled bathroom, also on the ground floor is large and of exceptional quality with shower, toilet, basin and the added benefit of a modern washing machine.
The
Windmill
The property is 1km from the beach
of Skala Eressos and 3km from the mountain village of Eressos. Set in
it's own private grounds, this two story traditional building offers something
a little out of the ordinary. The ground floor entrance leads into a lounge
room with kitchen facilities and refrigerator. A door leads to a small
private bathroom with sink, WC and shower. A wooden spiral staircase leads
to the first floor bedroom with double bed, wooden floor and feature circular
wooden ceiling. French windows open onto a small ivy covered balcony with
views of the surrounding countryside and stunning volcanic mountains.
There is a stone terrace with BBQ and bamboo covering which offers shaded
retreat to laze away the day. This property is extremely private and extremely
romantic.
Rodo
Rodo' is a traditional
house situated in the village of Eressos 4 km from the beach of Scala
Eressos. Rodo is a 2-storey house with enclosed private garden. On the
ground floor is the dining room, kitchen and a WC/shower. A wooden staircase
takes you to the second level. On the second level there is a sitting
area with a fireplace that can also sleep two persons on two beds, a second
bedroom with 2 twin beds and a small room off this bedroom than has another
twin bed as well as a second WC/Shower. It has a very beautiful enclosed
private garden with trees and provides cool shade and a garden with many
flowers.
Elenai
The
Elenai house is located in the center of the town of Eressos, just 100m
from the 'Platia' and 4km away from the beach of Skala Eressos. A leisurely
walk from the village of Eressos to Skala Eressos takes about 45 minutes.

Village House decorated in simple, natural style to combine all modern
facilities with a charm and peaceful atmosphere. In the entrance of the
house there is a private yard.
The house has three bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a sitting area, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a double iron bed. On the second level there are two bedrooms. One with a double wrought iron bed and one complete wall of fitted wardrobes and A/C. The second bedroom has two wrought iron single beds and a traditional built in wooden wardrobe and A/C. A baby cot is available on request. Sleeps 6
Molyvos
Town
Located in the
traditional village of Molyvos (Mythymni) and below the medieval castle
this traditional stone house offers a spectacular view to the sea and
the castle above it from the balcony and the terrace.
It is a two storey traditional house, recently renovated. You enter the second level from the garden into the fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities and then into the living area. From the living area there is access to the balcony and the terrace. On the other side of the kitchen area is the master bedroom with a double bed and WC/Shower that opens into the enclosed garden area. A circular stair takes you to the ground level where there is a second bedroom with twin beds.
Molyvos
Manor
Molyvos Manor is a traditional
house of 170sq. meters with spacious verandas overlooking the sea and
to the sunset. It is surrounded by an English garden above the harbour
of Molyvos. The house is two-storey. On the ground floor is the living
room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and one bedroom with a iron-framed
bed and a sofa that can sleep one additional person and one WC/Shower.
On the first floor there is the second bedroom also with a traditional
iron double bed and a sofa that can sleep one additional person and the
third bedroom with two twin iron bed frames. There is also a WC/shower
to serve the two bedrooms on the first floor.
Katerinospito
This lovely and airy house is located
in the medieval town of Molyvos. It has one bedroom house with great views
to the sea from the bedroom, the living room and the terrace. This unique
house is on two levels very nicely decorated and comfortable. Two additional
persons can sleep in the sitting area on futons. You enter the house into
the sitting area, on the right as you enter a small niche with a writing
table that looks out to the view of the sea, next to this writing table
is fireplace along on the same wall and a the small WC/shower, open plan
kitchen. There is also a second entrance to the house and there are stairs
that take you to the bedroom area. The bedroom has the double bed, the
bathtub in the same space as the bed, another WC with basin. From the
bedroom there are three/four steps that take you to a open loft area with
another writing table.
Kaptanis
The Kaptanis house is located
in Eftalou just in front of the sea, only a few meters from the thermal
baths and only 3km from the village if Molyvos. It is a charming, traditional
residence with big trees and a garden full of vegetables and plants.
The upstairs has three bedrooms with one double and two twin beds respectively and two bathrooms. On the first level there is the living room and a well equipped kitchen with a fireplace.
This cozy house features a wooden floor and ceiling, as well as a lovely, curved wood staircase. The large verandah. is shared with two studios adjacent to the house. There is cleaning daily.

Eftalou
Three cottages hidden in a
large compound of 4000 sq.m., 300m from the sea at Eftalou Beach and 3km
from the town of Molyvos.
Cottage Vangelis
This cottage is
a 2-storey, two bedroom cottage. The ground level has a sitting area/dining
area, an open plan kitchen, a WC/Shower and one bedroom with two beds.
The second level can be reached by a wooden staircase where there is a
second bedroom with a double bed and three twin beds. It has a shaded
outdoor sitting/dining area. The cottage can sleep 7 persons.
Cottage Emy
The Emy Cottage
is on one level it has a sitting area/dining area, an open plan kitchen,
a WC/Shower and two bedrooms with two beds each. The sitting area also
has three beds for accommodating three more persons or can be used for
lounging.
Cottage Maria
This cottage is
2-storey, two bedroom cottage. The ground level has a sitting area with
a fireplace and dining table, an open plan kitchen, a WC/Shower and one
bedroom with two twin beds. The sitting area also has four twin beds that
can be used as beds or for lounging. The second level can be reached by
a wooden staircase where there is a second bedroom with two twin beds.
Both have shaded outdoor sitting/dining area. The cottage can sleep 7
persons.
Nefeli
Nefeli is a renovated
traditional stone house located in the village of Kondias in Limnos. The
village of Kondias is approx 11 kms inland from the the port of Myrina.
The house has two floors in an elevated position overlooking the village.
The ground floor has has a well equipped kitchen and a WC/shower. On the
top floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with
two twin beds, each having its own balcony. An extra bed can be placed
in the double room. Sleeps 5 persons.
The house is located a 5 minute drive from Nevgatis beach with long stretch of find sand.
