Natassa's
is a stone-built traditional house renovated into two indepedent houses
in the village called Ano Gavrio, overlooking the Aegean Sea in Andros.
It
is built in an ideal spot, 5 Km away from the port, with an great view
of the Aegean Sea. It combines the
comforts of a modern house with the relaxation, the nature and the warm
hospitality. Decorated and furnished with plenty of love and talent, it
is there to offer warmth and hospitality as well as function as a starting
point for your excursions.
It is open all year, a stone-built dwelling within 2.5 acres of land offers furnished, spacey rooms, each with a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting room, a bathroom with 24-hour-running hot water, central heating, a fireplace, a TV, music and yards with a picturesque view. The Family House and Warm House can be rented separately or together for large groups. Both houses can sleep a total of 8-10 persons.
Decorated and designed with true Andros decor, the house is 70m2 and has two bedrooms with single beds, sitting room with a sofa bed that can sleep two additional persons, a bath and a fully equipped kitchen. This house is available for a winter rental as it has central heating, a fireplace, Television and music. Sea Views. Sleeps 6
Warm House
This is truly
a warm villa and has underfloor heating during the winter. The house is
50m2 and has all the comforts of home, a fully equipped kitchen with all
the amenities, a bedroom with two twin beds, a wc/shower. Sea Views. Sleeps

Otzia Bay is one of the most beautiful spots of Kea. Situated in the northern part of the island, is very close to picturesque fishing village of Vourkari and the capital of Ioulis.
On a small hill overlooking Otzia Bay, this lovely stone house is one of the eleven country stone houses with complete privacy and panoramic views to the nearby beach. It has one bedroom, sitting room with fireplace, equipped kitchen and a bath. The house has a verandah with views to the Bay. There is also a guest room with a bath. Sleeps 4
Kea remains a quaint, very low profile, rugged island, with few tourists, numerous pristine beaches, beautiful blue-green waters, ancient cobblestone marked foot-paths, bird-watching nature reserves, few hotels and mostly, privately owned houses.
The Kastellakia Bay Villas are located in the quiet south of the island, or, a leisurely 20-minute drive from Kea's port Korissia. The Villas of the complex - Phil, Maria and the newly constructed Thimari- are situated on a 1.4-acre beachfront plot, sharing the same breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea and sunset over distant Cape Sounio. The Villas are completely isolated, offering much wanted privacy, the closest village, Poisses, being 1.5 km away. The picturesque village of Koundouros with its luxury villas and famous sand beaches is no more than a 10-minute drive. The three houses can be rented independently or can be rented to large groups. A total of 16 persons can be accommodated.
Villa Maria
At 93 sq. meters,
Villa Maria features two bedrooms, one designer bathroom, a kitchen with
full cooking facilities, a living room with a close view of the Kastellakia
bay waters and immediate access to a large terrace-garden area outside.
The master bedroom has a queen size built-in bed and the second bedroom two single beds. There is a couch and a bed-divan in the living room for a fifth person and/or a child. Sleeps 5
Villa Phil
In the 100 - sq. meters inside its 70 cm thick stonewalls, Villa Phil
offers on one single level, two bedrooms (master and secondary) -with
traditional wooden Kea ceilings, floors and ceiling fans- two bathrooms,
a spacious living room-kitchen area with fireplace and a large outside
terrace.
The master bedroom features a traditional, built-in king-size bed. The guest bedroom features two antique wrought iron single beds. An additional two adults may very comfortably sleep in the living area on the specially designed, spaciously built-in fireplace sitting area bed-divans with hand-made cotton mattresses. Sleeps 6
Villa Thimari

Loulaki
Villa Loulaki,
an exclusive holiday home, is located on Lia Beach, 12 kms from the port
of Mykonos. It combines traditional island coziness and modern conveniences.
It has four air-conditioned bedrooms with 'en suite' bathrooms, three with king size beds, one bedroom with twin beds. Three of the bedrooms also have separate entrances.
The entry level
includes a large fully equipped kitchen, sitting room, living/dining area
and a WC/Shower. Stairs in an atrium lead down to the bedrooms. Two of
the bedrooms have a views to the sea. This villa provides daily cleaning
and light breakfast.
The Sunrise house
is a nice little artist' house situated on 4,000 sqm land, quiet, secluded
yet close to the village for supplies and a 10 minute walk to the beach
in Laganas. It has sea views.
Ileana
I
The
Ileana house is a picture postcard house, typical of Santorini. This traditional
house is located in Oia Santorini. It has two
double bedrooms and can be considered as two independent
suites joined by the common kitchen.
Suite I has the "formal" sitting area, bedroom with en-suite
wc/shower, and Suite 2 has another small sitting area with a divan and
there is a loft with another double bed with en-sute wc/shower.Nicely
decorated and furnished. It has spectacular views to the sunset and caldera
and far away from the noise of Oia.

Ileana II
Above the main house there is a studio apartment, independent and with separate entrance with double bed, wc/shower, small kitchenette. This studio can be rented with the main house. Sleeps 2
A cave house renovated and decorated in a simple classic Greek island house. This lovely house is located in Oia, it has one bedroom, wc/shower, sitting room, terrace with views to the caldera and sunset. Sleeps 2
Rosa
The Rosa house
is a newly constructed house located in Kamares. The ground floor has
two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single
beds. Each bedroom has a sofa and a door leading out onto a shared balcony.
There is a storeroom with washing machine and a bathroom with toilet and
shower on the same floor. On the first floor is the master bedroom with
double bed and en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower. The bedrom has
sea views to the Port and a door leading out onto a balcony. The living
room is open plan with two sofas, dining table and chairs, and windows
on three sides. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outside gardens and
balcony areas are a newly planted and the plants not matured. Sleeps 6-8
Salamander
Salamander house is detached in
1000 sq. m of land and has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower,
WC and sink) and another bedroom with two single beds, a communal bathroom
with small bathtub, shower, WC and sink. There is a kitchen equipped with
washing machine, refrigerator and full size oven with 4 electric hobs.
There is a washing up sink and work-counters. The living room is three
steps down from the kitchen and has a large sofa (which could be an extra
bed) and armchair. There is a private verandah from each bedroom and off
the living room. Going down the steps outside the house is the entrance
to another bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower, WC
and sink. The views from the verandah are of the bay and the port of Kamares
and the mountains and valley towards Apollonia. Kamares has a long sandy
beach which is ideal for children as it has a slow gradient into the sea.

Villa
Onyro
Villa Onyro is a
very attractive and comfortable villa situated on the south-west coast
of the island of Syros. The villa is set in extensive gardens with lovely
views of the sea. The village of Dellagratsia (Possidonia) with local
shops and several tavernas are within walking distance of the house
as well as safe sandy beaches. The house is airy and spacious with rooms
opening onto a delightful central paved courtyard covered with a vine
canopy and a long covered verandah ideally suited for sitting and relaxing.
There is also an outdoor eating area and barbecue in the garden and
private pool.
Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors to veranda. Single bedroom with doors to veranda. Twin room with en-suite bathroom and doors to patio/courtyard. Split-level sitting room (with fireplace, TV/VCR, hi-fi and doors to patio/courtyard and veranda), and dining/TV room. Minstrel's gallery, which can accommodate an extra person. Focas
There are three
houses on the island of Tinos. These houses are quiet and near the sea.
Ag Focas Tinos area located in the southern part of the island only
2kms from the main town of Tinos. They are 300 from a sandy beach.
Each of the three houses have two bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a sitting area that can sleep two more persons on a sofa beds, it has fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and other appliances. Each house has a verandah with views to the sea. Sleeps 4-6
