Phoibos
Located 3km from the town of Agios Nikolaos, the Phoibos house has panaromic views to the gulf of Mirabello in the Aegean Sea.

Phoibos' house is a lovely 2 story house, 80 sqm, fully furnished, bedroom with a double bed, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor with a direct access to the garden filled with roses, a nice lawn and trees in bloom.

On the first floor there is good sized living room. Three additional persons can also sleep on the divans. There is a spacious balcony with views to Mirabello Bay and town of Agios Nicolaos. This is perfect honeymoon hideout for privacy and seclusion. An organized beach is only 15 minutes away.

A rental car is recommended. Sleeps 2+3.

Ferma Country Cottage
This country cottage is located in the village of Ferma in southern Crete near Ierapetra.

It has two bedrooms, a sitting room that can sleep two more people, nice kitchen and verandah. The village of Ferma is within walking distance from the house where you will find some mini markets and a few shops.

The major town in the south is Ierapetra where you will find everything you can desire. The beach is a 15 minute walk. Sleeps 4

ELOUNDA
TRADITIONAL VILLAS OF CRETE

Mavrikiano is a cluster of traditional stone houses that overlook the sparkling blue gulf of Elounda, 80 kms east of Heraklion. Meticulous, respectful renovation of each house has maintained authenticity while enhancing comfort.

The villas' hilltop location keeps residents at a pleasant distance, one km distance from the busy fishing village of Elounda, while affording them easy access to Elounda's varied restaurants and cafes, mini markets and other amenities. The beach of Elounda is within a comfortable (500 m) walking distance.

All villas are cleaned three times a week, bed-linen change two times a week.

Leonidas
This house features a living room with a fireplace, and a small sofa bed. There is a small bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a single bed and a bedroom with a double bed. There is a verandah with a small kitchen with breathtaking views to Mirabello Bay in Elounda. Sleeps 2+1 persons.

Argiro
This charmingly furnished house features a flower-filled courtyard and a stone staircase that connects directly to terrace. Off the courtyard is the entrance which leads to an equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a fireplace, and a small WC/shower. A few steps up from the kitchen there is a bedroom with two single beds. On the next level is a master bedroom furnished with one double bed and the access to the verandah From the verandah there is a magnificent view of Elounda Bay. This house can accommodate 2+2 persons.

Erato and Clio Houses
(shared pool)
The House was part of an old Church destroyed at the end of 19th century.

Ten steps up the stairs from the road and you will be in front of a refreshing swimming pool at the entrance of the ground floor of the Erato and Clio Houses. At the pool level there is an outdoor kitchen shared equipped with all utensils, small refrigerator and place for your barbecue.

The Erato house is located at the pool level. You cross the small bridge and you are at the entrance of the Erato House. As you enter the Erato house on the right there is a divan further there is a fireplace. Two steps down there is a fully equipped kitchen another divan and to the right of the kitchen is a small but complete bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Three stairs lead to the master bedroom with a lovely double metal frame bed originally built in 1920, and lamps that belonged to the Church when intact. Sleeps 2+2 persons.

The Clio is on the second level of the building. It has outside staircase to the upper floor. As you enter the house on the right there is a built-in divan and a fireplace. Two steps down there is an equipped kitchen, another divan and to the right of the kitchen is a small but complete bathroom with Jacuzzi. Three stairs lead to the master bedroom, with a lovely double metal frame bed originally built in 1920, and lamps that belonged to the Church when intact. Sleeps 2+2 persons.

Villa Creta
Villa Creta is located on a hill on the West of the mountain Zeus which has archeological history and on the east foot of which Knossos palace is located. In 50 enclosed acres two separate villas Stella and Despoina are found. Each villa has a private and separate swimming pool promising for ideal holidays.

Villa Creta is located at the South 12km away from the city of Heraklion and the airport 'Nikos Kazantzakis' is only at 18km. The villas are located at the center of the island so you can enjoy the best of the nature, history, culture and the climate of the island (water sports, arts, architecture and traditional cooking) since transportation is easy and fast to any destination of the island.

Both villas Stella and Despoina are located on a hill that is surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, fruit trees wild bushes, aromatic trees and herbs. They are 300m away and there is no contact between them. In the estate, in separate areas there is a variety of animals (ducks, gooses, hens, wild pigeons, horse, cows, goats and bores). Both villas have private pools.

Villa Stella
Villa Stella is traditionally furnished and the dining area and the lounge have a fireplace and also central heating for the winter days. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Villa Stella has three air conditioned bedrooms on the main area: double bedroom and two single bedrooms with a common bathroom. There are also two attics, one above the double bedroom with a single bed and one above the single bedroom with two single beds. There is also a studio flat with two single beds, bathroom a small dining area and a kitchenette ideal for older accompanies and teenagers. There is a private pool. Sleeps 8

Villa Despoina
Villa Despoina is located a bit further up on the hill and above villa Stella and the design is similar to villa Stella. Either inside or outside the villa one can enjoy a fantastic view that combines a mountain with small villages the plain and the sea.

The villa has a dining area and lounge where there is a fireplace and a great view of the mountain Zeus. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are three air- conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a single bed and one with two single beds. They share one en-suite bathroom. There is a private pool. Sleeps 6

CHANIA

Chania House
The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the old Venetian quarter close to all the cafes, tavernas, museums, shops and night life.

The house is 100sq.m on three levels. Up a steep staircase you come to the first floor with two bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite WC/shower and a single bedroom also with en-suite WC/shower. On the second floor you will find the living area, kitchen and another WC/shower. The living area has sofa, a double futon that can sleep two additional persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining area that can accommodate 8 persons. The kitchen has dishwasher and microwave as well as other kitchen appliances. There is a small staircase taking you to the roof terrace where you will find a table, chairs and sun umbrella. Sleeps 4

On the ground floor there is a self-contained studio with en-suite WC/shower and cooking facilities and it's own entrance yet it can be rented with the main house or separately. Sleeps 2

The Theano houses are maisonettes of 105 sq.m each. Each maisonette has its own entrance. On the 1st level of each house you will find the kitchen, a balcony with table and chairs, a large bath with tub and one bedroom with two single beds and WC/shower. The kitchen is equipped and has a table and chairs for 6 persons, a two hob stove with oven. On the 2nd level of each house there is the living room with two sofas that can sleep one additional person, a bath, a bedroom with double bed in one house and two twins in the other house. The balcony has a pergola for shade.

There is a staircase that goes to the roof terrace of 35 sq.m with pergola and table and chairs. From the terrace you can enjoy the spectacular view to the sea and surrounding mountains. Each house sleeps 4+1.

RETHYMNON

Villa Armi
Located in the village of Episcopi between Chania and Rethymnon, this 2-storey house is located on a 5,000 sq. meter property filled with fruit-bearing and olive trees. The sandy beach of Episcopi is approx. 1km from the house

Only one kilometer from the sea, the house is 220 sq.m with four bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen and a sitting area that can sleep two additional persons on the sofas. It has a fireplace and central heating for year round occupancy. Sleeps 8 + 2
