Palea Fokea
This house is located in the Attica Prefecture, very near Athens, in the village of Palea Fokea. It is a 2-storey house with three bedrooms and 2 baths. The house is situated on large plot of land and surrounded by a large garden filled with trees and flowers. The house is within 100 m from the village and only 300 m from the sea. On the ground floor there are the three bedrooms and on the 1st floor there is the sitting area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. This house is twenty minutes from the new airport. Sleeps 6 persons.

Cape Sounion
Located approximately 70km from Athens and 10km from the seaport of Lavrion, this beautiful villa offers a magnificent view to the sea and the surrounding hills of Cape Sounion, at the southern tip of the Attica Peninsula.

The 220 sq.m, two-level residence is peacefully situated on a 2000 sq.m plot of land among pine trees, and is within easy walking distance (about 200m) from the sea.

The first level is an open plan with a spacious sitting area with a fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a WC. There is a terrace off both the sitting area and dining areas. The second level has three bedrooms all with double twin beds and one spacious bath with two sinks. In addition to the villa there is a guest house of 30sq.m with twin beds, has it's own kitchen, bath, and terrace.

Viethi
Viethi is located in the Attica prefecture, 47 Km South East of Athens, and 12Km North of the Temple of Poseidon in Sounion and 45 minutes from Athens International Airport.

The house was designed by the famous Greek architect Sakelarios, and is right by the sea. The house is on three levels (bungalows style) with three double and one single bedroom with a bathroom on each level, as well as a children's room, a living-room with fireplace, a full kitchen, a courtyard and a ground terrace.
